Who We Are
EduCare Community Support Services, LLC. specializes in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP). Our PRP is for people with persistent mental health disorders. Trained psychiatric rehabilitation counselors provide both on-site and off-site services. We offer easy access to services by assisting disabled clients to get a bus pass, providing transportation to clients who are residents while also subsidizing transportation expenses of our clients.
From the time of enrollment and throughout a client’s stay in the program, we assess the client’s skills and strengths to determine his/her need. Our trained counselors are always ready to teach, provide or access new skills when the need arises. Based on the assessment, meetings with the client and his/her family, and also on the referral of a mental health professional, rehabilitation goals are set according to specific needs. Individualized meeting plans, educational groups, and planned social activities are used in the rehabilitation program of each one of our clients based on environmental need, choice, and outcome of ongoing assessments.

A supportive environment is created to provide services where we encourage client feedback and suggestions. Individualized counseling services include on-going assessments, rehabilitation plans, supportive meetings, and assessment to group activities to help clients meet their desired goals.
